Return & Refund Policy

Belle Luxe Kids Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible item, we are happy to accept returns in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery for online orders and 7 days of purchase for in-store purchases.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition. All returned items must be:

Unworn and unused
Unwashed
Free from stains, damage, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear
Returned with all original tags still attached
In the same condition in which they were received

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements. Items returned with missing tags, stains, odors, damage, or other signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we sent an incorrect item or the item arrived damaged or defective.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@belleluxekids.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Sale and clearance items
Items marked Final Sale
Gift cards
Any item that has been worn, washed, stained, damaged, altered, or returned without the original tags attached

In-Store Returns

Eligible in-store purchases must be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase and must meet all of the return requirements listed above.
